If it happens that you are "SHUT OUT" or "SOLD OUT " of an item please send us an email or call us on 1 516 974 3016 and we will gladly try to locate an item that is the same or find one that is similar for you.


We have huge quantities in our different warehouses and also have a very well developed network of suppliers. Hence send us an email on with details of what you are looking for and we might just surprise you with what we can find.

On any item shipped to an address within the state of New York, we are required by law to collect the New York state sales tax (currently 8.625 %).

Also on any item shipped within the state of Massachusetts, we are required by law to collect the Massachusetts state sales tax (currently 6.5%).

Please note the above sales tax will be levied on the total amount of purchase.

We generally ship within 2 business days via FedEx or USPS and provide insurance on all our products. Please send us your email address so we can send you the tracking number or if you are a member please log into your account to see the updated tracking information.

For international shipments, we use USPS or FedEx. Please provide us your full shipping address with the zip code so that we can send you an exact quote. Let us know your preference when you send us an email.

We believe in having satisfied customers and strive to make sure that each and every client is happy with their purchase. We will gladly accept returns.

Please read our Terms and Conditions for returns below:

• Returns will be accepted within 7 days of receiving the shipment.

• You can get a full merchandise credit and purchase another product from our website

• We also offer a refund minus a 10% restocking fee.

• In case a globe breaks during shipping we will ship out a spare globe to you at no additional cost as long quantities are available.

• Buyer pays return shipping.

Please note that the refund will not be provided if the product returned is damaged or used.

• All major credit cards like Master card, Visa American Express are accepted. We now also accept Discover Cards.
• Cashier’s cheques and Money orders are also accepted but the item will only be shipped after 2 business days of the check clearing
• PayPal – Email us your PayPal account Id and we will send you an invoice.
